The Opportunity
Make an impact in this pivotal planning role as you manage the remanufacturing product forecast and planning across multiple regions, ensuring optimal inventory levels and production schedules over a rolling three-year horizon.
You will analyze complex data sets to identify core part deficiencies, forecast piece parts requirements, and collaborate with production and sales teams to balance customer demand with inventory costs. Your work will directly support smooth operations and customer satisfaction by maintaining the right stock levels and anticipating capacity needs.
We’re looking for a highly analytical, detail-focused individual with robust critical thinking skills and the ability to question and challenge data to drive continuous improvement.
Annualised Wages : $90,000 per year + 5% bonus
Roster : Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week hybrid role with flexible start and finish times
Role Located : Welshpool, WA

What we are looking for
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large data sets
- Ability to interpret and challenge data to ensure accuracy
- Understanding of production planning and inventory management concepts
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience or conceptual knowledge of remanufacturing processes and bill of materials (BOM) advantageous
- Adaptable and willing to learn niche systems and processes specific to the role
