Job Description
Our educational services are committed to delivering contemporary practices that enrich the child's holistic self. You will be responsible for guiding passionate educators, role modeling, coaching, mentoring, and critically reflecting with them to deliver curriculums and environments that meet our high standards.
Our small service is located close to supermarkets and the local gym, making it an ideal place to work and live. We cater for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 3 rooms and 2 outdoor play areas. Our strong management team will guide and coach you through your career, providing you with the support you need to succeed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone who holds a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent and has experience in a Lead Educator or educational leader role within childcare. You must also have a valid Working with Children Check and a Current First Aid Certificate. In addition, you should be available to open and close when required and have knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will need to communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues. You should also be willing to contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and educators.
