We are looking for an energetic Baker or Pastry Chef interested in working across our 3 locations at Ourimbah, Heatherbrae and the Southern Highlands in a hands‑on support role.

Key Points
* Multi‑Site support role across 3 locations
* Locations: Heatherbrae (Newcastle & Hunter Region, NSW), Ourimbah (Central Coast) and Sutton Forest (Southern Highlands)
* Accommodation provided when travelling to our Sutton Forest bakery
* Full‑Time: 5 days a week, with weekend work required (salary will factor in weekend availability)
* Roster: Fixed roster with 2 consecutive days off
* Salary will depend on experience and availability
Do you have?
* Qualifications (Cert III) or trade experience equivalent in a fast‑paced retail bakery
* The ability to drive long distances and be away from home 1‑2 nights a week
* A valid licence and access to a reliable car
* While experience with pies isn't necessary, a flexible & adaptive hands‑on approach with a willingness to learn and develop your skills is a must
* A respectful & professional communication style with a friendly personality and the ability to fit into multiple team environments and work with a range of ages and experience levels
* Proven ability to work unsupervised, when required
* These important qualities: reliability, dedication, good communication and a high care‑factor
Tasks and responsibilities
* Work alongside and support the Bakery Managers in the successful day to day production and running of the bakeries.
* Prepare quality products following our recipes & yield guidelines according to set standards.
* Maintain a safe work environment in relation to OHS/WHS and food safety & hygiene.
* Ensure procedures, policies and high standards are carefully adhered to at all times.
