SWT is looking for a highly organised Design and Production Co-ordinator to support our Design and Production teams, keeping development timelines on track and ensuring styles progress smoothly from concept to production.
What You'll Be Doing
Support the end-to-end product development process, including tracking pre-production and production statuses across all styles
Manage sample workflows, ensuring development and production samples are organised, tracked, and delivered on time to Critical Path
Maintain accurate product and production data in to support the designers.
Collaborate with Design, Sourcing, and Production teams to monitor timelines, resolve issues, and drive milestones forward
Communicate daily with design team and suppliers to ensure alignment on delivery expectations, quality standards, and critical path updates
Assist in the creation and review of tech packs, spec sheets and fit feedback documentation
Support quality and consistency through thorough follow-ups on fit sessions, material submissions, and final approvals for lapdips
Help coordinate sample requests, and logistics related to development cycles and bulk production schedules

Samples and tech packs are managed, logged, and communicated efficiently, with minimal bottlenecks
Development cycles stay on target, with proactive follow-ups and solutions offered for forecasted hurdles
Sample and production data are precise, accessible, and up-to-date across systems
Daily communication with partners and vendors remains responsive and aligned
You contribute to a culture of organisation, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration and growth
What You'll Need
Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design, relevant experience or 1–3+ years in a similar fashion coordination/production support role
Solid understanding of garment construction, tech packs, and production processes
Proficiency with industry tools Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop), and Microsoft Excel are highly valued
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to track multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously
Clear, confident communication, both written and verbal and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
Comfortable collaborating across teams and with overseas vendors, managing shifting priorities with a solutions mindset
An eye for detail, quality, fit, and a good grasp of current fashion and trend directions
