Operational Readiness Specialist Role
This is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for upholding the company's core values and contributing to its overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish an asset hierarchy for plant operations.
* Conduct criticality assessments on assets.
* Review and process safe work procedures and plant area processing manuals.
* Prepare monthly site project update slide packs and presentations.
* Identify, verify, procure, and deliver maintenance tooling and equipment for new plant projects.
* Develop and schedule maintenance training programs.
* Create onboarding materials and roll out site-specific programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess:
* A tertiary qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering, coupled with extensive experience in asset management.
* A strong working knowledge of asset management best practices.
* Solutions-focused analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS software.
* Familiarity with mine safety and inspection regulations.
