Job Description
* Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
* Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a timely manner.
* Support Human Resources team with on-boarding and off-boarding employees.
* Support Finance Team with goods receipting process and employee expense reimbursements
* Assist with credit card reconciliations
* Book flights and accommodation
* Book operational training requirements
* Support site training mobilisation
* Update training compliance records
* Once a month travel to site is required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Team Support Administrator should have:
* Previous experience in an administrative or team support role.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience using SAP
* Valid Australian Drivers License.
* Full Working Rights in Australia
