Excellent opportunity for career progression, across various aspects of the business The role Reporting to the Field Service manager, you'll be at the forefront of operations out on the field visiting customer sites to get machinery up and running. Attending customer sites to carry out diagnostics, repairs and general maintenance across a range of earthmoving machinery and components - including engines, transmission, and hydraulic systems Filling out service reports in a timely manner with high levels of detail. Maintaining and operating the fully equipped company Ute. Liaising with the parts and internal service department teams to ensure smooth job turnaround. Delivering professional and friendly customer service, ensuring customers are kept updated and supported throughout the process. Your value and experience You'll hold a Certificate III in Mobile Plant and have solid experience working on mobile plant equipment in both workshop and field settings. You'll also bring: 2-3 years' experience in a field service role. Strong diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving abilities. Highly competent with hydraulics and can interpret schematics.
