At our retail clients, we are looking for Customer Service Reviewers to conduct mystery shopping and provide valuable feedback.
As a mystery shopper, your role will involve visiting various retail outlets, posing as a customer, making detailed observations about your experience, and then completing an online survey about the visit.
The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail, good memory, excellent communication skills, and reliable internet access. The number of assignments offered depends on your availability, ability to successfully complete tasks, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability.
Surveys can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete.
