* You have proven experience in a State Manager or sales leadership role with strong leadership capabilities.
* You have a background in electronic security from either distribution, integration, or vendor/manufacturing.
* You can motivate, develop, and guide high-performing teams to achieve outstanding results.

* Inspire, mentor, and support a talented sales and account management team.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
