Craig Burgess Motor Group (CBMG) is a well-established and growing automotive group with a proud reputation for delivering quality service, professionalism, and exceptional customer care. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department and support the continued success of our dealership operations.
About the Role
As theParts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all parts operations within the dealership. This includes managing inventory, leading a small team, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring efficient parts supply to our service and sales departments.
You'll play a key role in driving profitability, streamlining processes, and delivering outstanding customer service across both retail and internal customers.
Key Responsibilities.
* Manage daily operations of the Parts Department
* Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of stock
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and trade customers
* Oversee and support the parts team to achieve performance and sales targets
* Monitor department KPIs, budgets, and workflow efficiency
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer requirements
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal departments and external clients
About You
* Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Interpreter within the automotive industry
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Proficient with dealership management systems (e.g. ERA, Auto-IT, Titan DMS or similar)
