As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for approving suppliers' requests for the maintenance and repair work on managed vehicles and equipment.
About the Role
This role involves providing approvals to approved service repairers nationally, managing maintenance costs incurred after vehicle delivery, and ensuring day-to-day queries and operational issues are carried out and resolved within agreed timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Approve suppliers' requests for the maintenance and repair work on managed vehicles and equipment.
* Ensure all services carried out are within manufacturers' service requirements.
* Actively work with external suppliers to provide support and improve their portal usage.
Requirements:
* Qualified diesel mechanic.
* Effective communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening and probing skills.
* Critically analyze information and solve problems, demonstrating resourcefulness, perseverance, and accountability.
