* Track and report on contract performance, ensuring compliance with contractual agreement and reporting on any variations.
* Identify potential risks in contract performance and formulate targeted response plans to mitigate impacts.
* Resolve any existing contract conflicts, reporting status of current processes to management.
* Maintain organized records of contract amendments, communications, and approvals to guarantee accuracy and accessibility.
Desirable Skills:
* At least 3 consecutive years of practical contract management experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and professional contract management software.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate the management of multiple project contracts simultaneously.
