ABOUT US
Our client is a busy retired professional based on the Surf Coast who requires support and assistance coordinating various personal activities, and household errands.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate and execute the day-to-day personal, household and administrative support she requires.
Working on site with our client, mainly in her home, with some office-based work, the role is up to 0.6 Part time (22.8 hours per week), with total flexibility around days and hours of work to be negotiated with the successful candidate. You will need to be available 3 days per week consisting of Monday, and two other days of your choice, and be available to commence in mid-January 2026.
To be successful in this role you will have adaptability, flexibility, an ability to multitask and work independently, and take initiative, and be a caring considerate communicator.
THIS ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
* Coordinating and scheduling all activities by calendar management, and appointment setting
* Managing tradespeople and overseeing home maintenance for multiple properties, and primary residence via various providers and suppliers
* Proactively assisting and booking travel, and accommodation including providing detailed itinerary as required
* Providing personal care service by running errands and picking up items required (e.g., pharmacy, grocery, post office, some appointments etc.)
* Payment of bills and invoices
* Performing light housekeeping duties or organising for tasks to be completed as needed
* Providing basic technical support and troubleshooting (smartphone, computer, smart home devices, etc.)
* Supporting medication management by utilising reminders and monitoring usage
* Assisting with special projects as they arise and other reasonable task as requested
* Liaising with other family members from time to time
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* Proven track record of success in a similar PA/EA, office coordination, or support type role
* Excellent interpersonal skills to deliver a seamless service
* Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
* Organised and methodical with strong attention to detail and process
* High level competency with technology and with Microsoft Office
* Discrete, with the ability to fulfil confidentiality requirements of the role
* Professional presentation, reliability and ability to multitask
* You must have a clean Driver's License and reliable transport
* A Police Check will be required for the successful candidate
