Our client is seeking an experienced System Administrator – Payroll to join a project‑funded initiative supporting the implementation and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors. About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting the SuccessFactors Employee Experience module, ensuring payroll processes are accurate, compliant, and aligned with organisational needs. Working closely with project and business stakeholders, you'll help drive system improvements and support day‑to‑day administration.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and administer SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Experience module)
Support payroll processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions
Assist with configuration, testing, and documentation
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to support project outcomes
Provide user support and guidance across the organisation
About You
To be successful, you will bring:
Demonstrated experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with Employee Experience / People Central
Strong understanding of Australian payroll processes and legislation
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Full Australian working rights
Availability to work onsite in Geelong at least 3 days per week
