Key Role in Oncology Nursing
This is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to transition into a speciality practice role within oncology, providing high-quality care to adults with complex diagnoses.
Working within the busy 8-chair, 1-bed unit at Armidale Rural Referral Hospital, you will play a crucial part in delivering safe and compassionate care to patients, families, and carers throughout the cancer journey.
As a valued member of the multidisciplinary team, you will have opportunities to participate in supernumerary time with the Oncology Clinical Nurse Educator, gain exposure to care coordination and palliative care, complete the Anti-cancer Drug Administration Course, and attend dedicated education days to support completion of a Graduate Certificate in Cancer Nursing.
This rare opportunity offers structured learning, hands-on experience, and mentorship in a supportive environment, with a clear career development pathway.
