Job Description
This is a full-time position as an Employment Consultant at our Queanbeyan, NSW location. The Employment Consultant will be responsible for delivering job coaching, developing job search strategies, and providing career guidance to job seekers. Key duties include case management, conducting interviews, shortlisting candidates, and managing employment offers. The consultant will work closely with businesses to ensure proper job placements and provide ongoing support to both the employer and employee.
