Pickering Automotive Group is seeking an elite Prestige Sales Manager to lead Pickering Luxury Garage in Southport.
Representing an exceptional collection of luxury, prestige and performance vehicles, alongside Alfa Romeo and Fiat on the same site, this is a rare opportunity to build, mentor and drive a high-performing team in a premium showroom environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads from the front.
Who You Are
You are a proven Sales Manager with a demonstrated track record of success in automotive retail.
You bring:
* Extensive experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leader
* Outstanding leadership and people development skills
* Strong negotiation and closing ability
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills
* High attention to detail and professionalism
* Commercial acumen with a focus on gross profit and conversion
* Passion for prestige, luxury and performance vehicles
* The ability to build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients
