Proven positive experience and references
Must hold a minimum Diploma qualification in early childhood education
Staff management and skill progression of team members from your leadership
Genuine interest in the advocacy for children, equality, role modelling and fun
Great communicator that works in a team environment as Leader and positive role model
Australian citizenship is required for this position
