About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Administrator to join a well-established construction services business operating across the Northern Territory.
Supporting multiple divisions, you’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of major infrastructure and defence-related projects, including large-scale marine and government works.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who can hit the ground running, enjoys variety, and thrives in a structured project environment.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are well-organised, compliant, and running efficiently. You’ll be the central point of coordination, supporting teams across multiple projects and contributing directly to successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to Project Managers, Construction Managers, and engineering teams
* Coordinate meetings, site visits, and project logistics including travel, accommodation, and inductions
* Assist with mobilisation and onboarding of project personnel
* Maintain and manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Support project delivery from mobilisation through to completion
* Liaise with internal teams, site personnel, and external stakeholders
* Utilise systems including Procore, Servicemate, Hammertech, and SharePoint
About You
* Proven experience in a Project Administration role within construction, engineering, or a similar industry in Australia.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
* Experience using project management systems (Procore, Hammertech, etc.) highly regarded
* High attention to detail and ability to work in a compliant, process-driven environment
* Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Available to start immediately
