**About the Role** 
They are currently seeking a professional and experienced Executive Assistant to join their team in St Leonards with some flexibility to work remotely from home. This role is on a part time basis working Wednesday's to Friday's. This is an estimated 5month temporary assignment, with a strong potential to extend.
Working within the Nursing and Midwifery Office, you will be required to provide a wide range of executive and administrative support to the Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer and branch team to achieve organisational objectives.
In this rewarding role, you will be undertaking the following duties:
- Act as first point of contact on behalf of the Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer 
- Screen and triage incoming calls, answer enquiries in an accurate and timely manner 
- Complete diary and travel management 
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, including setting up, catering, equipment and overall presentation 
- Prepare high level documentation including briefs, meeting minutes, agenda's, correspondence, reports and presentation material 
- Manage, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail 
- Manage and maintain office equipment and stationery 
- Monitor and manage the Branch finance activities 
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to facilitate engagement and contribution of ideas 
- Records and database management ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality 
- Ensure compliance with Departmental policies and procedures
**About you** 
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following:
- Demonstrated Executive Assistant experience providing support at Executive level 
- Previous experience working within a complex/sensitive environment 
- Health or NSW Public Sectors experience highly advantageous 
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written 
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines 
- Continued strive for development and excellence 
- Takes initiative, with the ability to work independently 
- High attention to detail 
- Strong computer literacy skills and proficiency with MS office Suite and TRIM 
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check 
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt 
- Flexible to work Wednesday's to Friday's 
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
