We are a fast growing Global Beauty brand looking for a dynamic VP of Operations and Logistics to run our global retail operations.
Role Description
The Vice President of Operations and Logistics will oversee and optimize the company's operational and logistical processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and quality. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end supply chain operations, demand planning, global warehousing, global retail execution, driving strategic planning, overseeing financial performance, and executing critical projects to support company growth. You will work closely with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals and adapting to industry trends. This is a full‐time, on‐site role located in Sydney, NSW. Beauty product experience is a must.
Qualifications
* Operations Management and P&L Management experience to optimize processes and ensure financial performance.
Experience in FMCG, retail, or cosmetics industries is a plus.
* Customer Service expertise to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and address operational challenges effectively across global retailers.
* Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Project Management to lead complex initiatives and align operations with company objectives.
* Ability to develop and implement scalable, efficient workflows that enable innovation and flexibility in a rapidly growing global company.
* High‐level communication, problem‐solving, and leadership skills to lead cross‐functional teams and collaborate with senior management.
