Key Responsibilities
* Oversee IT operations to ensure optimal performance of systems, infrastructure, and services.
* Manage network architecture, including routers, switches, VPN, SDWAN, firewalls, and connectivity solutions.
* Lead and mentor ICT Support Engineers to streamline onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain robust endpoint security.
* Develop and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and billing cycles.
* Implement infrastructure upgrades and support office IT setups.
* Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, VMware, SQL Server, MySQL, and Apache technologies.
* Maintain enterprise storage arrays, VoIP systems, and video conferencing tools.
* Enhance system integration and data accessibility for business teams.
* Strengthen cybersecurity posture through vulnerability assessments and compliance with industry standards.
* Establish backup and disaster recovery best practices.
Requirements
* 6+ years of experience in IT leadership or engineering roles.
* Strong background in customer-facing IT support environments.
* Able to mentor, coach, and build high-performing IT teams.
* Demonstrated technical expertise across Windows Server, SQL, VMware, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
* Networking skills covering WAN/LAN, firewalls, SDWAN, and connectivity solutions.
* Experience in system security, identity management, and backup/recovery systems.
* Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (desired).
