EDUCATOR – MAREEBA KIDS CAMPUS
Mareeba Kids Campus (MKC) provides local children and families a sustainable service that offers high quality early childhood education-oriented care facilities operated by qualified and professional staff who have employment security and career progression opportunities.
The Role
MKC are seeking to appoint Lead Educators' at Mareeba Kids Campus
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be required to develop, implement and monitor high quality learning programs, that are fun and engaging; Implement the National Early Years Learning Framework, Belonging, Being, Becoming within the service, whilst embracing the values and vision of Mareeba Kids Campus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide children with a safe, secure, inclusive and nurturing environment.
* Enthusiastically participate with children in activities;
* Effectively and actively supervise children
* Implement and monitor the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment before, during and after the completion of the daily program;
* Build effective and healthy partnerships with team members, families and the community through effective, respectful relationships and open communication.
Essential Qualifications/Requirements
* Completed a minimum of a Certificate III in Children's Services (Early Childhood Education and Care) or other relevant industry qualifications and willing and able to undertake further study.
* Completed a Diploma of Children's Services (Early Childhood Education and Care) or other relevant industry qualifications – or working towards
* Current First Aid qualifications or the ability to obtain
* Current Working with Children Check issued by Blue Card Services, Department of Justice and Attorney-General
