Job Description The Management Accountant will be responsible for the following: Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
Month end activities, posting journals, reconciliations, ad hoc process improvement projects.
Assist the Finance Manager to develop and manage budgets and forecasts in line with company objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial targets are met.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
Support senior management with ad-hoc financial modelling and analysis.
The Successful Applicant A successful candidate (Management Accountant) should have: A relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis within a similar role.
Experience with SAP or a similar ERP essential.
Solid technical skills in financial modelling and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
