As a Development Analyst, you’ll work closely with the Development and Acquisitions team to identify, evaluate, and deliver property development opportunities across Western Australia. From site acquisition and feasibility analysis to tenant relationships and project delivery, you’ll be involved in every stage of the development lifecycle. What You'll Do: Play a pivotal role in identifying new development opportunities - analysing markets, assessing feasibility, and driving acquisitions that shape the company’s growth pipeline. Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, securing key tenants and aligning site opportunities with their future requirements. Support the delivery of projects from acquisition to approval, coordinating consultants, due diligence, and funding to keep developments on track. Ensure all work aligns with company policies, ethical standards, and systems to maintain integrity and operational excellence.
