What You'll Do
* Support the sales team in briefing campaigns across bookings and production.
* Manage relationships between vertical and operations teams.
* Deliver compliance reporting and escalated any issues or concerns.
* Support the team with Salesforce data input, financial reporting, media schedule creation and pipeline management.
* Maintain inventory of sales support materials and wiki, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate creation of new materials with marketing.
* Support Client Partnership Managers with deck creation, client meeting preparation and compliance reporting and escalated any issues or concerns.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in a sales support or customer support/service role, preferably within the media or tech industry.
* Proficiency in the full Google suite, with confidence in Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
* Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how online performance metrics link to commercial business metrics.
* Ability to anticipate both client and sales team needs.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise multiple projects with a focus on delivering results.
* Showcase professionalism through written and verbal content, at home and in office.
