Service Technician Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our operations team. As a key member, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing high-pressure water cleaners and other industrial cleaning equipment.
Responsibilities:
* Install, maintain, and repair industrial cleaning equipment at customer sites or in the workshop
* Provide expert technical advice and training to customers on equipment use and maintenance
* Prepare service documentation, including invoices, quotes, and maintenance records
* Collaborate with the team to manage workshop operations, inventory, and quality control
Requirements:
* 5-10 years of experience as a Service Technician with small machinery or industrial equipment
* Technical or trade qualifications in mechanical or electrical fields
* Restricted electrical work license or equivalent certification (desirable)
* Forklift Licence (desired)
