Logistics Coordinator Job
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for those eager to learn and grow with us.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our transport and warehouse operations, supporting the team, maintaining efficiency, and driving performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily tasks and labour allocation
* Maintain smooth workflow across teams while managing productivity and budget
* Support labour planning, scheduling, and timesheet processing
* Ensure accurate documentation and team compliance with safety standards, policies, and legislation
* Liaise with local community, sales divisions, and customers to meet service expectations and uphold shared values
* Timely and professional handling of freight and documentation
* Continuous improvement and development of internal and external customer relationships and business opportunities
* Ensure compliance with WHS, Chain of Responsibility, and other regulations
* Report and escalate safety or compliance concerns when needed
* Maintain accurate records, files, and reports for operations and HSE activities
* Assist with KPI tracking, general admin duties, and providing support to the team
