About The Role
As a Client Experience Manager, you will lead a team of skilled Support Workers to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement client-centred plans to achieve exceptional outcomes aligned with NDIS standards.
* Coach and develop Support Workers to provide rights-based, quality support that empowers individuals to make informed decisions about their lives.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their voices are heard and respected at all times.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven leadership experience in disability services or a related field.
* Strong understanding of NDIS principles and client-centred practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
