Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated General Lawyer (Solicitor) with 1-3 years PAE to join our growing and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your skills across multiple practice areas while being supported by experienced leaders and gaining hands‑on exposure to diverse client matters.
Responsibilities
* Manage your own files under supervision while developing independence in practice.
* Provide timely, high-quality advice on legal and technical issues.
* Draft pleadings, correspondence and court documents.
* Attend settlement conferences and client meetings.
* Make court appearances, including trials when required.
* Brief counsel and liaise with external stakeholders.
* Receive guidance, mentoring and ongoing training from senior team members and leadership.
Skills & Experience
* 1‑3 years post‑admission experience, ideally with exposure to multiple areas of law.
* A proactive, client‑focused approach with excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS365 and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
* Previous experience using a practice management system (Smokeball highly advantageous).
* Excellent organisation and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Initiative, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and develop.
