As their project pipeline continues to grow, they have an exciting opportunity for a experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join their expert team and contribute to some of Australia’s most significant upcoming projects.
The Role
* A Senior Contracts Administrator to join the team in the procurement stage
* Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
* Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint
* Monthly budget management and reporting
Experience/Qualifications Required
* Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
* A track record in Contracts Administration gained over 3+ yrs with experience of commercial build projects in Australia essential
* An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders
Whats on offer
* $165,000 - $200,000 + Superannuation (negotiable for the right experience)
