Creative Edge Australia is a fast-growing consultancy working across the health, aged care, early learning and education sectors, connecting decision-makers with funding opportunities and vetted suppliers.
We're looking for a sharp Research & Partnerships Lead to take ownership of a key function within the business - sitting at the intersection of research, partnerships and data.
This is not a traditional writing or research role. We're looking for someone proactive and solutions-focused who is comfortable using AI and meeting deadlines.
The Role
You will be responsible for three core areas:
Partnerships and Editorial Content
* Build relationships with major industry associations across our three sectors and secure editorial contributions for annual publications.
* When applicable, conduct interviews with association representatives via phone, email, and Zoom, and produce high-quality editorial articles.
* Copywriting across websites, campaigns and all client-facing communications, ensuring strong, consistent and commercially effective messaging.
Funding Research
* Research and track funding opportunities across multiple sectors using current AI workflows and automations.
* Keep our online portal and platforms up to date.
* Ensure information is accurate, relevant and commercially useful.
Database Management
* Maintain and improve our core database of decision-makers.
* Ensure data is clean, accurate and constantly replenished.
* Manage unsubscribes, bounced contacts and outdated records.
* Leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and scale.
What We Are Looking For
* Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident communicating with leading association partners (phone + Zoom)
* Experience using software such as ChatGPT, Claude, Trello, HubSpot and WordPress
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Experience supporting projects with defined timelines and deliverables
