Our capability spans from investment, development and infrastructure bilateral and/or syndicated loan management across all asset classes with regular reporting and an active asset management approach. About the role: - Manage loans on behalf of our lender clients. - Preparation and checking of monthly and quarterly, domestic and international fund transfers. - Processing lender and borrower requests in a timely fashion and accordance with servicing agreements. - Production of monthly and quarterly reports to lenders according to servicing agreements. - Liaise with borrower to procure information according to loan agreements and as requested by lender. - Communication with CBRE Loan Services teams in US and EMEA to fulfil global client & CBRE reporting requirements. - Ongoing development of Loan Services platform, policies and procedures. - Assist with marketing documentation and presentations to prospective clients. - Management of DSF trail and servicing invoices. - Assist with annual AFSL and Loan Services audits. About you: - Tertiary qualification in Finance/Real Estate. - Banking & Real Estate industry experience preferable. - Delivery of services to clients with absolute deadlines. - High level office suite proficiency required, particularly Excel. - Ability to adhere to deadlines and Fastidious attention to detail. - Strong stakeholder management skills.
