Associate, Debt & Structured Finance Job ID 213765 Posted 08-May-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Capital Markets Location(s) Sydney - New South Wales - Australia Capital Markets, Debt & Structured Finance team Career development opportunities-largest commercial real estate company in the world Sydney | Land of the Gadigal People CBRE's established Australian Financial Services Licensed Loan Services team provides expert and efficient loan administration services tailored to Asia Pacific clients' needs, maximising their income and mitigating against their investment risks whilst reducing overhead expenses. Our capability spans from investment, development and infrastructure bilateral and/or syndicated loan management across all asset classes with regular reporting and an active asset management approach. About the role: - Manage loans on behalf of our lender clients. - Preparation and checking of monthly and quarterly, domestic and international fund transfers. - Processing lender and borrower requests in a timely fashion and accordance with servicing agreements. - Production of monthly and quarterly reports to lenders according to servicing agreements. - Liaise with borrower to procure information according to loan agreements and as requested by lender. - Communication with CBRE Loan Services teams in US and EMEA to fulfil global client & CBRE reporting requirements. - Ongoing development of Loan Services platform, policies and procedures. - Assist with marketing documentation and presentations to prospective clients. - Management of DSF trail and servicing invoices. - Assist with annual AFSL and Loan Services audits. About you: - Tertiary qualification in Finance/Real Estate. - Banking & Real Estate industry experience preferable. - Delivery of services to clients with absolute deadlines. - High level office suite proficiency required, particularly Excel. - Ability to adhere to deadlines and Fastidious attention to detail. - Strong stakeholder management skills.
