We're partnering with a well-established HVAC business delivering high-quality residential and commercial air conditioning solutions across South-East Queensland. Due to ongoing expansion, multiple HVAC roles are now available From hands-on technicians to a senior Operations Manager opportunity for the right leader.

HVAC / Refrigeration Technicians
* Split & ducted system installs
* Residential & commercial service & maintenance
* Fault-finding & breakdown response
* Structured scheduling and well-supported crews
HVAC Operations Manager (Bayside / East Brisbane based role option)
A hands-on leadership role combining technical expertise, operations, and client delivery.
You'll play a key role in driving operational performance, improving systems, and leading service and install teams in a proactive, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage quotes, estimates & proposals using Simpro
* Lead all technical operations ensuring quality and efficiency
* Oversee technicians, apprentices & service teams
* Coordinate job scheduling, workflows & stock management
* Provide hands-on technical support when required
* Improve service delivery, systems & inventory processes
* Track performance metrics and report to leadership
What we're looking for?
Technicians
* Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
* Refrigerant Handling Licence
* Restricted Electrical Licence
* Strong technical ability and safety focus
* Professional, reliable attitude
Operations Manager
* Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (minimum)
* QBCC Licence
* Refrigerant Handling & Restricted Electrical Licence
* Proven Simpro experience (quoting & scheduling)
* Strong residential & commercial HVAC knowledge
* Demonstrated leadership in HVAC operations
