Too Hands Eat Drink is a popular venue located in the heart of Current Lambton. We operate 7 days per week for Breakfast and Lunch offering a wholesome and delicious menu all day.
This is a hands-on Head Chef role with leadership responsibilities and a focus on designing and maintaining popular menus with a twist.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team, write rosters, and manage day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Prepare and design menus with a twist that aligns with brand and customer demand.
- Monitor and control food costs and labour costs; maintain high standards of Food Safety, cleaning, and WHS.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all meals and service periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Head Chef role.
- Experience leading a team, strong organisational and people management skills.
- Ability to work weekends; shifts are open to 3pm.
