About the role
Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Varsity Lakes.
As part of the team, you will focus on attracting and sourcing candidates and building strong relationships with our stakeholders. This is a fast-paced role requiring a true sense of urgency whilst delivering quality in all areas of service.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Develop strong working relationships with candidates and clients
* Source and attract highly skilled candidates
* Conduct thorough screening and interviews
* Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the onboarding process and during assignments
* Maintain records are current and up to date
What you bring
Your experience working in a recruitment, customer service or sales environment will provide a solid foundation for your success in this position.You will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to become a part of our high performing team.
You will possess the following:
