Are you passionate about empowering young lives and making a positive impact in your community? We are seeking an experienced Youth Worker to join our team and deliver the Drumbeat program across various locations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing short-term case management and support to young participants, offering referrals and relevant information to both them and their families. You will engage with a range of stakeholders, contribute to funding and social impact reports, and support young people in developing life skills and building capacity.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of young people. If you have a certificate IV in Youth Work or a related field, significant experience in outreach and youth work, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver the Drumbeat program across various locations
* Provide short-term case management and support to young participants
* Offer referrals and relevant information to families
* Engage with stakeholders and contribute to funding and social impact reports
* Support young people in developing life skills and building capacity
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Youth Work or related field
* Significant experience in outreach and youth work
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to work autonomously to achieve set outcomes
* Hold current First Aid and CPR qualifications or willingness to obtain
* National Police Clearance and WA Working with children check card or willingness to obtain
