Are you wildly curious, tech-positive & ready to inspire young minds?
At Global Village Learning (GVL), we're on the lookout for a graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) who's ready to step outside the traditional classroom and into something bold, joyful and purpose-filled.
This is your chance to launch your education career in a village where learning is hands-on, learner-led and life-connected. You'll be a Guide in our Exploration & Discovery cycle — working with learners aged 7 to 12 who are diving deep into their curiosity, creativity, and the world around them.

 * Tech-positive and keen on design thinking, real-world making & problem solving
 * A believer in authentic, applied learning over textbooks and tests
 * Someone who loves the outdoors as much as the indoors
 * Up for a challenge, and always down for a laugh
 * Eager to collaborate, reflect and grow within a team
 * A future changemaker, community-builder and lifelong learner
-----------------------------------
What You'll Be Doing
 * Supporting learners as they explore the world through EDventurous Projects
 * Guiding small groups through learning sprints that blend literacy, numeracy, science and creativity
 * Helping young people build critical thinking, collaboration, ethical action and problem-solving skills
 * Co-designing experiences where learning has purpose and the learner leads the way
 * Working closely with families, other Guides and the broader community to create a thriving, connected hub
 * Growing as an educator in a setting that values feedback, curiosity and joy
