Job Title: Technical Team Lead
This role is responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and overseeing the operation of our technical support services.
* Lead and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment and providing coaching, training, and guidance to enhance their skills and customer service abilities.
* Provide second and third level support services for end-user devices, including software and hardware investigations, training, and assistance in diagnosing and resolving issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software deployment technologies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Technologies, and experience in supporting desktop hardware and operating systems.
