About This Role
As a result of an internal promotion, we are looking for an engaging appointment setter to join our team as a Business Sales Consultant. As a proactive member of the Marketing team, this role takes charge of making strategic outbound calls to targeted trade credit insurance prospects, working closely with the Head of Marketing to identify promising leads and set appointments for our sales team.
Your Main Duties Will Include
Conducting targeted market research to identify new business opportunities.
Assessing prospect needs to tailor your approach and maximise engagement.
Using NCI's full product suite as a strong value‑led introduction to spark interest and open new opportunities.
Maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date records in NCI's CRM (Pipedrive).
Scheduling high‑quality meetings for Sales Executives while ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Completing follow‑up actions, including reporting on calls made, appointments set, and outcomes achieved.
Your proactive outreach and strategic coordination will be essential in driving business growth and building strong client relationships. The role also includes a bespoke bonus structure designed to keep you motivated and to reward our shared success.
We are ideally seeking to appoint this role on a full‑time, permanent basis; however, we may consider a part‑time arrangement (minimum 0.8 FTE) for the right candidate.
