To be successful you must have the following
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor on commercial construction projects.
* Strong background in managing commercial, industrial, multi residential, education, health, aged care or child care projects
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Sound knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and site safety practices.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
* Carpentry background and qualification highly regarded.
