About The Opportunity
As a person-centred Occupational Therapist, you will support people of all ages within a transdisciplinary team with the aim to enhance clients’ lives to live life on their terms. In this role you will:
- Provide both individual and group OT training/intervention programs
- Deliver and evaluate clients through various interactive and digital assessments
- Assess and train clients in the use of assistive devices and equipment for daily activities
- Provide/advise on low-vision techniques and strategies to improve occupational performance and quality of life
About You
To be successful you must hold a nationally recognised Qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). You will also have:
- Knowledge and skills in working with children, adults, and older adults
- Be a team player who is passionate about supporting people to live life on their terms and build independence
- Enthusiastic to provide exceptional client services to people of all ages that are blind or low vision
