Job Title: Business Analyst
About the Role
The role of the Business Analyst – HR Systems will be to work collaboratively with stakeholders within the business to ensure that business objectives are delivered.
This position will involve developing a deep understanding of the business requirements and translating them into actionable terms for technical and implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process mapping against system requirements to develop future processes
* Understanding and articulating business problems and opportunities into viable solutions
* Assisting project teams with the development of relevant recommendations
* Overseeing UAT Testing
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in requirements gathering and analysis
* Proven experience in process mapping using BPMN
* The ability to develop well-structured requirements and functional specification documents
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge and experience of HR systems is advantageous
