About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Physiotherapist to join our passionate team at Allied Health Alliance Gippsland in Warragul, Victoria. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to our diverse client base. What you'll be doing
* Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify patients' needs and develop individualised treatment plans
* Providing hands-on physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and the use of various modalities
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care
* Educating patients and their families on physiotherapy principles and self-management strategies
* Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, in accordance with professional and organisational standards
* Participating in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest physiotherapy practices and techniques
What we're looking for
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration
* Demonstrated experience in a similar physiotherapy role, preferably in a community or private practice setting
* Strong clinical skills and the ability to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload
