Our Rosebery venue is a big, rustic warehouse in the heart of Sydney, where we serve seasonal, ethically sourced dishes and drinks. We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic waitstaff and bartenders to join our crew.
What we’re looking for:
- Experienced section waiters with strong communication and a genuine love of service
- Bartenders or baristas with great people skills and a passion for quality food & drink
- Positive, reliable team players who thrive when it’s busy
- Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Basic wine, beer, and spirits knowledge (and a curiosity to learn more!)
- Weekend availability (day and/or night)
