SUMMARY: Responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders to the Guests, setting tables and trays. Ensures work area and dining room are kept clean and organized. Works as a team player to deliver excellent customer service.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to)
* Orders food and liquor, sets tables, trays, and delivers food and beverage to Guests.
* Maintains an effective working relationship and excellent guest service with all Team Members and Guests.
* Maintains contact with kitchen staff, management, hosts, staff, and Guests to ensure that dining details are handled properly and quickly.
* Converses with Guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service; addresses complaints or concerns.
* Performs multiple tasks during high volume situations.
* Cleans and resets the dining area as needed.
* Assists and supports catering and special event functions.
* Cleans and fills empty condiment containers.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Mandatory Requirements
* Must be at least 18 years old.
* Must possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
* Requires a minimum of one year experience as a Food Server, some experience in Fine Dining Room Service preferred.
* Must complete Food Handler or ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Service certification or have proof of current certification.
* Must have ability to learn and operate point-of-sale system.
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced atmosphere.
* Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.
* Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test.
* Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
* Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.
Physical Demands
* Must be physically able to perform all job requirements.
* Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally more with assistance.
