We are seeking an experienced and reliable AIN or Enrolled Nurse to provide in-home support to a participant requiring personal care and hoisting assistance. This is an ongoing role with consistent shifts available across AM, PM, Overnight, including Saturday and Sunday.
About the Role
This position involves providing high-quality care in a home setting, supporting the participant with daily personal care needs, mobility and transfers. You must be confident with manual handling/hoisting and comfortable providing personal care including pad changes.
Key Responsibilities
* Safe transfers using hoist/manual handling equipment
* Personal care including toileting support and changing pads
* Hygiene, showering and grooming assistance
* Mobility assistance and repositioning
* Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns
* Supporting comfort, dignity and independence
* Light domestic duties as required
Essential Requirements
To be considered you must have:
* AIN qualification OR current Enrolled Nurse registration
* Current experience with hoisting/manual handling
* Experience providing personal care including changing pads
* Strong communication skills and professional presentation
* Ability to work independently in a home care environment
* Availability to work ALL shifts: AM / PM / Overnight
* Availability for Saturday & Sunday ongoing

* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Working With Children Check (if required)
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Manual Handling certificate (preferred)
* National Police Check (if required)
* Driver licence & reliable vehicle (preferred)
