Job Overview
This is an opportunity to join our Business Transformation team as a Supplier Coordinator. The role plays a key part in managing supplier relationships and ensuring accurate, high-quality product and pricing information is delivered through centralised processes.
Main Responsibilities
* Build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers
* Communicate requirements, timelines and documentation standards
* Follow up on outstanding information and ensure timely submissions
* Review supplier documents for completeness, accuracy and compliance
* Resolve missing or incorrect information directly with suppliers
Process & Documentation Management
* Provide templates and ensure compliance with governance standards
* Prepare and validate categorisation, product descriptions, pricing and attributes
* Maintain accurate filing and documentation tracking
* Support updates for both new and existing product lines
System & Administrative Tasks
* Maintain supplier and product data in established systems
* Use Excel for data processing, reporting and template preparation
* Coordinate communications and scheduling via Outlook and Teams
Projects & Initiatives
* Support centralisation of supplier relationship management and master data processes
* Contribute to master data remediation and digital transformation initiatives
* Assist with cross-functional projects in product and category management
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, advanced computer literacy, experience coordinating operational processes or supplier documentation, and a high attention to detail and strong organisational capability. Desirable experience includes background in procurement, category management or building/construction, familiarity with GS1 standards, experience with ERP systems, and understanding of master data processes and governance requirements.
