Job Title: Consultant Psychiatrist
This is a mid-senior level, full-time position based in Lismore, New South Wales, Australia.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team to provide specialist psychiatric services to patients.
* Promoting patient safety and quality of care, the consultant psychiatrist will also provide leadership, orientation, training, supervision and education where relevant for doctors in training, health service medical practitioners and other health workers.

Essential Selection Criteria:
* Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych) and a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT), awarded under any RCPsych curriculum from August 2007 to date following satisfactory completion of a General Medical Council or Postgraduate Medical Education and Training Board approved specialty training program in psychiatry in the United Kingdom.
* Eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia and Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists or equivalent.
* Demonstrated clinical skills and experience working with mental health problems in Adult Mental Health.
* Demonstrated experience and ability to work effectively as part of multi-disciplinary team.
