* Help shape services that support victims of crime across Victoria. * Lead major reform work with senior decision makers and frontline teams. * Use data and policy to improve real services for people in need. * Work flexibly in Melbourne with a supportive and skilled team. * Fixed-term 12-month role earning $142,790 - $166,938 per year, plus super. What you will do As manager, policy engagement and performance, you will lead policy, reporting and performance work across victims, redress and systems reform. You will support major reforms that improve services for victims of crime and other priority groups. You will: * lead complex policy and reporting work across victims, redress and systems reform * provide clear advice, briefings and correspondence on policy and operational matters * manage high-quality reporting and data reform work to improve frontline services * support the victims of crime consultative committee and major parliamentary processes * build strong working relationships across government and community organisations. About you A tertiary qualification in public policy, law, criminology, sociology or a related field would be highly regarded. You should also have: * strong policy and analytical skills, including using data to support decisions * experience managing competing priorities and leading complex work programs * clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical information simply * good knowledge of government processes, victims' issues and public policy development.
